By accessing our website, booking services, or communicating with Diamond Barber & Salon Shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide barbering and salon services by appointment and, when available, walk-in basis. Services, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

a. Appointments may require a deposit or prepayment

b. Missed or late cancellations may result in a fee

c. Please arrive on time to ensure full service

3. Payments

a. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

b. Payments are due at time of service unless otherwise stated

c. We accept approved payment methods only

4. Automated Messages, Notifications & Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls and text messages related to:

Customer support

Promotions (if opted in)

✔ Automated voice alerts
✔ Automated pipeline notifications
✔ Appointment reminders

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

Consent to automated messages is not a condition of purchase and complies with TCPA, FCC, and GoHighLevel standards.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

a. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

b. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

c. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued at management discretion. Completed services are generally non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

3. Following shop policies and staff instructions

All content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Diamond Barber & Salon Shop and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, website, or communications.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
